AbeBooks Monthly Statement Explained

AbeBooks monthly statements are generated on the first Friday of every month. The statement contains the monthly total of your gross payable sales, offset against the the monthly totals of commissions, external payment service fees, and subscription fees charged. These are the monthly totals of gross sales, charges, fees, and payments already detailed in the weekly payment notifications of the prior month.

Monthly subscription fees are applied to your account on the 1st of every month and are offset against your sales during the week ending on the first Friday of the month. If the balance owing to AbeBooks exceeds your sales for the week, the balance due will be charged to the credit card you have on file. All booksellers are required to keep a current Visa or MasterCard on file with AbeBooks for fee payments.
