You can download a Book Report in order to review the books you currently have listed for sale on AbeBooks. The report lists your entire online inventory, including author, title, book ID number, price, and status, making it an ideal tool for quickly checking your inventory. The report’s default sort order is by the AbeBooks ID number.

A more detailed Listing Report, that can be imported into a spreadsheet, is also available.

Follow these instructions to download a book report:

1. Click [Request Book Report] in the ‘My Downloads’ section of your Members Menu.
2. Click [Initiate File Download]. You will be notified by email when the file is ready – it may take up to several hours.
3. Click the link in the email or return to your AbeBooks account and click [Download Pending Files] in the ‘My Downloads’ section.
4. Right-click the file link to rename it and save it in your preferred location on your computer.
