As an online marketplace, AbeBooks communicates with customers primarily by email. Order confirmations, tracking numbers, return/refund confirmations, etc., are all sent to the email address associated with your AbeBooks account.
Occasionally, emails sent from AbeBooks will be sent to your Junk Mail folder. When this happens, it is due to your own SPAM filter settings or those of your email or internet service provider. Since we have no access to those settings, we are unable to change them for you, however we can offer a few tips to help you find and view all emails we send you.
If your AbeBooks emails are being routed to your Junk Mail folder, you can add AbeBooks.com to your ‘Safe Senders’ or ‘Contacts’ list. You can contact your email or internet service provider and ask them to do the same.
And don’t forget that your AbeBooks email is always available for you to view online, through your AbeBooks account – often even before we’ve sent it to you.
