AbeBooks offers a downloadable Listing Report that includes your book ID, title, author, price, quantity, and the number of images for all the listings you currently have online. It allows you to conduct a detailed review of your inventory.
The listing report is a tab delimited, text file that can be imported into a spreadsheet.
The file is zipped (compressed), so you will need to have a program such as WinZip installed on your computer in order to unzip it.
You will be notified by email, with instructions, as soon as the report is ready for download. You should receive an email within a few hours but it may take up to 48 hours.
The listing report is zipped, so you will need to unzip it in order to open it. Most computers come pre-installed with WinZip. If you don’t already have the program, please visit their web site for a free download:

Next, you need to open the file on your computer. Find the .zip file where you saved it (such as on your desktop) and double-click it. The WinZip wizard will take you through the process of opening the file.
Once you’ve unzipped the file, you can open the listing report, which is a tab delimited text file, in whatever spreadsheet program you use. The following fields are included: AbeBooks BookID, Vendor BookID, Title, Author, Price, Quantity, Quantity Limit, Book Language, and Number of Images. You can use the report to compare your inventory records with what you have online, or compare your in-store inventory with your online inventory.
